本文主要介绍了唐钢炼铁厂为提高烧结机头电除尘器除尘效率所进行的技术改造。通过对除尘器安装声波清灰器,对进出口管道、电场内部进行简单改良,对三、四电场供电系统改装高压脉冲电源MPS等措施,使除尘效率由原来的95%提高到98%以上,烟尘排放浓度由原来的97mg/m3降低到50mg/m3以下,同时节电约60%,节能减排效果显著。
本文主要介紹瞭唐鋼煉鐵廠為提高燒結機頭電除塵器除塵效率所進行的技術改造。通過對除塵器安裝聲波清灰器,對進齣口管道、電場內部進行簡單改良,對三、四電場供電繫統改裝高壓脈遲電源MPS等措施,使除塵效率由原來的95%提高到98%以上,煙塵排放濃度由原來的97mg/m3降低到50mg/m3以下,同時節電約60%,節能減排效果顯著。

This paper mainly introduces the technology which could be applied to improve the dedusting efficiency of electrostatic precipitator installed at the head of sintering machine in Tangshan Iron & Steel Ironmaking Plant. Formally, install sonic wave dust cleaner for electrostatic precipitator, restructure the input and output pipelines and the inside of electric fields, and replace the initial one with the high-voltage pulse supply for the third and fourth electric fields. As a result, the dedusting efficiency raises from 95 to above 98 percent and the density of dust gas reduces from 97 mg/m3 to below 50mg/m3 and, while 60 percent energy is saved. In conclusion it is remarkable to conserve energy and reduce emission.
