通过介绍南水北调西四环暗涵工程二衬施工的背景,结合施工初期使用的针梁台车与全圆组合钢模板在设计与实际施工应用中存在的缺陷,设计出分体拼装式简易模板衬砌台车,着重介绍了该台车的设计、结构形式以及施工效果,此种台车的投入使用,极大的提高了施工进度,保证了工程如期完工。

According to the introduction of the background of the secondary liner construction under the West Fourth Ring culvert in the South-North Water Transfer Project,the paper combines the shortages of the needle-beam car and the full circle combination steel template in the design and the factual construction,designs the split-type assembly simplified liner car,introduces the design,the structural forms and the construction effect of the car,and indicates the application of the car can improve the construction progress and ensure the complete of the project.
