飞机在飞行过程中,机翼蒙皮的螺钉在反复载荷的作用下会发生松动、甚至脱落损伤,对飞机的飞行安全埋下隐患。及时发现此类损伤并采取有效措施可以提高飞机的安全性。针对此类损伤,设计了硬铝合金板连接接头的螺钉松动损伤模式,应用机电阻抗的试验方法对其进行了识别研究。试验结果表明:当选择恰当的频率范围时,随着螺钉松动损伤程度的增加,压电片与结构组成系统的RMSD(Root Mean Square Deviation)指标增加,两者表现出单调函数关系,应用RMSD损伤指标可以识别螺钉松动损伤程度,且对小的损伤更加敏感。
飛機在飛行過程中,機翼矇皮的螺釘在反複載荷的作用下會髮生鬆動、甚至脫落損傷,對飛機的飛行安全埋下隱患。及時髮現此類損傷併採取有效措施可以提高飛機的安全性。針對此類損傷,設計瞭硬鋁閤金闆連接接頭的螺釘鬆動損傷模式,應用機電阻抗的試驗方法對其進行瞭識彆研究。試驗結果錶明:噹選擇恰噹的頻率範圍時,隨著螺釘鬆動損傷程度的增加,壓電片與結構組成繫統的RMSD(Root Mean Square Deviation)指標增加,兩者錶現齣單調函數關繫,應用RMSD損傷指標可以識彆螺釘鬆動損傷程度,且對小的損傷更加敏感。

Bolts of the wing skin will be loosing or even falling down under repeated flying loads,which will have bad effects on safety of the aircraft.If such damages as bolts loosing and bolts falling down are identified in time,and effective actions are taken,then the flying safety of the aircraft will be increased.According to this kind of damage bolt damages of aluminum alloy plate joint are designed and electro-mechanical(EM) impedance is used to identify such damages.Experimental results show that Root Mean Square Deviation(RMSD) index monotonously increases with the development of bolts loosing damage when appropriate frequency ranges are selected.So bolts loosing damage can be identified using RMSD index from real part of EM impedance,and it is more sensitive to small damage.
