在分析农业劳动力需求估算方法前期研究基础上,综合考虑农业生产季节性特点,建立了基于机械化程度的农业劳动力需求估算模型,从微观角度揭示了短期内机械化程度与农业劳动力需求的线性替代关系。应用该方法实际估算了大庆市四种农作物的劳动力需求,并与人均工时法估算结果比较,得出了该方法具有普适性和灵活性的特点,既适用于农业劳动力需求估算又适用于农业劳动力需求预测结论。

In this paper based on summarizing the preliminary studies in estimating methods of the need of agricultural labor force, we have set up the model of the estimation to the need of the agricultural labor force based on mechanization degree,then from the microscopic view,we discover the substitutional relation between the mechanization degree and the need of agricultural labor force in short term.We have applied this method to estimate the need of the agricultural labor force in 4 kinds of crops in Daqing.At the same time,comparing with the estimating result of Per capita man-hour method,we have made the conclusion that this method is general applicability and flexibility,which is suitable both for the estimation of the need of the agricultural labor force and for the forecasting the conclusion.
