Combining with the present stage development status of our country new rural, this paper made theoretical analysis on existed prob- lems in new rural construction, suit one＇ s measures to local conditions, combining with the building energy saving key points, selection of suita- bility technology, proposed the construction of China＇ s low carbon new ntral residential technology strate~, improved technology strategy for the construction of China＇ s low carbon new rural residence, had important significance for improving the living conditions of rural residents, promo- ting social and economic development.
