桥梁静载试验主要测试桥梁控制截面的应变、挠度和裂缝开展情况。某公跨铁立交桥位于湖南，为了检测该桥的承栽能力及安全性，对该桥进行了静载试验。荷栽试验是检测桥梁整体受力性能是否满足设计和标准规范要求，评定桥梁承载能力及安全性最直接和最有效的办法。

In this paper, a kind of back warp stitching double weave is designed by using 3/1 right twill as the surface weave, 3/1 left twill as the back weave. Based on this, two retardant double-layer fabrics which are retardant outside and comfortable inside are designed and woven successfully by using aramid or its mixed yarns as the out warp and weft, natural fiber yarns as the inside warp and weft. The retardant performances of these samples are tested, and the results indicate that all of them meet the retardant stand- ard. They are also tested on water transmissibility, moisture-penetrability and air permeability. The results show that the retardant performance of sample 2 is poorer than sample 1, but both of them meet the re quirements of apparel fabrics. The comfortable performances of sample 2 is better than that of sample 1 be- cause of its lighter gram weight.
