高校辅导员育人工作创新是育人环境的客观要求，是育人对象的现实需要，也是育人主体的迫切要求。图书馆的各种资源为高校辅导员育人工作创新提供了有利条件。因此，高校辅导员有必要更新观念，以图书馆为平台加强与图书馆员的沟通，引导学生积极参与图书馆的各项活动，推动育人工作创新发展。

Innovation of college educating of counselors is the objective requirements of the educational en vironment, the practical requirements of educating object, but also an urgent need of the educating subject. Resources of the library provide favorable conditions for college counselors in innovation of educating. Therefore, college counselors have to establish a correct concept, strengthen the communication with librar ians and instruct students to participate in the activities of the library to promote innovation of educating.
