经问卷调查数据统计分析后得出，新建本科院校教师科研动力主要来源于内部主动力，外部压力、牵引力、助推力和阻力；具有多元化、功利型科研动力凸显、内部主动力不足、外部动力占主导地位等特点，因而导致了教师科研工作消极被动、科研诚信缺失、学术不端行为未能遏制、科研水平和成果质量难以提升的现象。

After the investigation and analysis on the data of the questionnaire, a conclusion was drawn that the motivation of the teacher＇s scientific research in newly established universities mainly comes from internal active - force, external - pressure, traction, boosting power and hindrance;these factors possess such characteristics as diversification, utilitarian scientific research prominently pro truding,the lacking of internal active force and external power taking the leading place which result in the following phenomena： teachers＇ passiveness of scientific research ;lack of credibility in scientific research; non effectively prevention of the research miscon- duct and hard promotion in both scientific research ability and quality of scientific research achievements.
