经问卷调查数据统计分析后得出,新建本科院校教师科研动力主要来源于内部主动力,外部压力、牵引力、助推力和阻力;具有多元化、功利型科研动力凸显、内部主动力不足、外部动力占主导地位等特点,因而导致了教师科研工作消极被动、科研诚信缺失、学术不端行为未能遏制、科研水平和成果质量难以提升的现象。
經問捲調查數據統計分析後得齣,新建本科院校教師科研動力主要來源于內部主動力,外部壓力、牽引力、助推力和阻力;具有多元化、功利型科研動力凸顯、內部主動力不足、外部動力佔主導地位等特點,因而導緻瞭教師科研工作消極被動、科研誠信缺失、學術不耑行為未能遏製、科研水平和成果質量難以提升的現象。
경문권조사수거통계분석후득출,신건본과원교교사과연동력주요래원우내부주동력,외부압력、견인력、조추력화조력;구유다원화、공리형과연동력철현、내부주동력불족、외부동력점주도지위등특점,인이도치료교사과연공작소겁피동、과연성신결실、학술불단행위미능알제、과연수평화성과질량난이제승적현상。
After the investigation and analysis on the data of the questionnaire, a conclusion was drawn that the motivation of the teacher's scientific research in newly established universities mainly comes from internal active - force, external - pressure, traction, boosting power and hindrance;these factors possess such characteristics as diversification, utilitarian scientific research prominently pro truding,the lacking of internal active force and external power taking the leading place which result in the following phenomena: teachers' passiveness of scientific research ;lack of credibility in scientific research; non effectively prevention of the research miscon- duct and hard promotion in both scientific research ability and quality of scientific research achievements.
