基于碰撞过程特点建立了弹簧阻尼模型,结合能量关系和恢复系数法对弹簧阻尼模型进行理论公式推导,得出完整的解析解;对ADAMS中的冲击函数模型进行仿真研究,并与理论计算结果进行对比;最后分析了恢复系数对计算结果的影响.研究表明:理论模型计算过程比较复杂;在恢复系数大于0.7时,冲击函数模型可以得到较好的仿真结果.
基于踫撞過程特點建立瞭彈簧阻尼模型,結閤能量關繫和恢複繫數法對彈簧阻尼模型進行理論公式推導,得齣完整的解析解;對ADAMS中的遲擊函數模型進行倣真研究,併與理論計算結果進行對比;最後分析瞭恢複繫數對計算結果的影響.研究錶明:理論模型計算過程比較複雜;在恢複繫數大于0.7時,遲擊函數模型可以得到較好的倣真結果.

Based on the characteristics of the collision process, a spring-damper model was established.Firstly, the theoretical formula of the spring-damper model was derived by combining the energy coeffi-cient method, and a complete analytical solution was obtained. Secondly, a simulation study on IMPACTfunction model of ADAMS was done, comparing the theoretical calculations and simulation studies on thecalculation results; and finally, an analysis was made on the effect of the coefficient of restitution on calcu-lation results. Studies showed that. the theoretical model process is more complex; when the recovery fac-tor is bigger than 0.7, the simulation results of IMPACT function model can be better.
