为提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)的性能和调速空间,设计一种以转矩角为控制对象的弱磁控制策略.利用电压矢量在静止两相坐标系的变换值与直流母线电压的参考值构成负反馈,并运用防积分饱和PI调节器得到一个控制参数,并将其作用到定子电流矢量的转矩角上.通过调整转矩角使得定子电流矢量工作在弱磁区域,以得到PMSM更大的调速空间.该策略可实现电压矢量近似连续调节,有效减小了PMSM的转矩脉动,提高了系统的性能.最后,借助MATLAB构建了转矩角弱磁控制系统的仿真模型,结果验证了该弱磁系统的可行性和快速性.

In order to improve the performance and speed PMSM space, this paper designed a kind of torque angle control for the object of flux-weakening control strategy, a negative feedback was first consti- tuted by using the voltage vector in the still two phase transformation value and DC bus voltage reference value. Control parameters were then got by using the integral saturated PI adjuster and making it act on the torque angle of the stator current vector. Adjusting torque angle can make the stator current vector in a weak magnetic work area to get more space of PMSM speed. The strategy can help achieve voltage vector approximation of continuous adjustment, effectively reduce PMSM torque ripple and improve the perform- ance of the system. Finally, with the help of MATLAB, this paper built the torque angle of flux-weake ning control system simulation model. The results show that the flux-weakening control system is feasible and rapid.
