重视党的建设是中国共产党的优良传统,也是党能在艰苦卓绝的革命战争环境中发展壮大的重要原因。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党就创建了立法治党、依法廉政的制度。通过政策和法律法规的共同作用,倡廉反贪,抓党的队伍建设,促进新政权的巩固;摈弃特权观念,树立法律面前人人平等的新风尚。这为新时期的党建提供了宝贵的经验。

Concentrating on party construction is a glorious tradition for Chinese Communist Party and thus this is the crucial reason that our party could develop and expand in extremely hard and bitter revolutionary war.During the New-democratic revolution,Chinese Communist Party began to create the system of governing party by legislation and tackling corruption in accordance with law.Through the coactions of policies,laws and regulations,our Party had been advocating the anti-corruption,concentrating on team construction of the party,promoting the consolidation of the new government;besides,by abandoning the concept of privilege and establishing the concept of equality,Chinese Communist Party has offered valuable experience for party construction in the new era.
