The homogeneity of current law undergraduate training is serious from the actual positions. Practical and creative abilities of students are poor. Projectbased teaching is different from the traditional teaching model. It includes four aspects：making project list through the post research;transferring project content into teaching content;confirming projectbased curriculum and establishing professional curriculum system. Project teaching is based on job skills, paying attention to the theory and practice of the organic combination, stimulating students＇ interest in learning and innovation ability ,cultivating students＇ independence and the ability to get the work done, which helps to evaluate whether the teaching goal has been gotten. What＇s more,it breaks the limination of traditional teaching to provide a new way for law undergraduate talent training.
