Titanium has a high specific strength, corrosion resistance and excellent heat transfer characteristics. In recent years, Titani- um had been widely used in chlor-alkali industry, chemicals industry and pressure vessels. Titanium tubes heat exchanger not only pos- sessed a long operation life, but also the efficiency of titanium tubes heat exchanger was 10 times higher than that of stainless steel heat exchanger. In this article the structure of titanium tube heat exchanger characteristics, main technical parameters of the main tube ma- terial selection and manufacturing points were described.
