以秸秆作吸附剂进行固定床吸附实验。分别对1mm-2mm、3mm-5mm、7mm-10mm粒度的秸秆进行吸附实验。结果表明,1mm~2mm的秸秆颗粒吸附效果最好,吸附率可达到1mg/g,是3mm~5mm秸秆吸附颗粒的二三倍;加料量越多,秸秆脱氮率越大;随着进口烟气流速的增大,秸秆对NOx的吸附率呈下降趋势,但在40L/h-60L/h时,脱氮率有一个稳定的范围。

이갈간작흡부제진행고정상흡부실험。분별대1mm-2mm、3mm-5mm、7mm-10mm립도적갈간진행흡부실험。결과표명,1mm~2mm적갈간과립흡부효과최호,흡부솔가체도1mg/g,시3mm~5mm갈간흡부과립적이삼배;가료량월다,갈간탈담솔월대;수착진구연기류속적증대,갈간대NOx적흡부솔정하강추세,단재40L/h-60L/h시,탈담솔유일개은정적범위。
In this study, the corn straw was used as adsorbent. The adsorption properties of different size straws were studied. The re- sults showed that the straw of 1 mm ~ 2 mm possessed the best adsorption effect and the adsorption ratio could reach about 1 mg/g. which was two or three times compared to that of 3 mm~ 5 mm straw particle. The more packing quantity was, the bigger the straw denitrification rate would be. With the increasing of flue gas velocity, adsorption rate of straw to NO, was declined. But within the 40 L/h-60 L/h of the nitrogen rates it had a stable range.
