With the rapid development of e-business, market supervision is facing new problems. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing an effective supervision mechanism and presents a summary of supervision models in different countries as well as researches on the development trend of supervision. The article also puts forward suggestions concerning establishing a long-term and effective mechanism of supervision which includes system updating, innovation of supervision mode, and modernization of supervision means.
