本文利用高性能的数据采集设备结合个人计算机,建立系统硬件平台;采用LabVIEW软件开发平台,再结合相应的驱动程序,开发出集数据采集、测试、存储、分析和显示功能于一体的汽车电动助力转向虚拟测试平台。该平台的测试结果表明:本虚拟测试系统操作简便、快速,运行可靠,测试精度高,测试成本低,可维护性高,可扩充性好。
本文利用高性能的數據採集設備結閤箇人計算機,建立繫統硬件平檯;採用LabVIEW軟件開髮平檯,再結閤相應的驅動程序,開髮齣集數據採集、測試、存儲、分析和顯示功能于一體的汽車電動助力轉嚮虛擬測試平檯。該平檯的測試結果錶明:本虛擬測試繫統操作簡便、快速,運行可靠,測試精度高,測試成本低,可維護性高,可擴充性好。
본문이용고성능적수거채집설비결합개인계산궤,건립계통경건평태;채용LabVIEW연건개발평태,재결합상응적구동정서,개발출집수거채집、측시、존저、분석화현시공능우일체적기차전동조력전향허의측시평태。해평태적측시결과표명:본허의측시계통조작간편、쾌속,운행가고,측시정도고,측시성본저,가유호성고,가확충성호。
Using the high performance data acquisition device in combination with a personal computer, to establish the system hardware platform in the paper .Using the LabVIEW software development platform, combined with the corresponding driver, developed a set of data acquisition, testing, storage, analysis and display functions in one of the automotive electric power steering virtual test platform.The platform test results showed that: the virtual test system has the advantages of simple operation, rapid, reliable operation, high precision, low testing cost, high maintainability and extensibility.
