教师专业化问题已经成为目前我国师范教育改革的核心,而教师专业发展方向取决于教师专业标准。然而现实中人们大多将教师专业标准和教师资格条例等同,采用统一标准对待所有教师。文章对教师专业标准必要性进行了分析,并指出现行教师专业标准存在的问题,且根据国外先进做法对我国教师专业标准的构建提出见解。

The problems of professionalization of teachers have become the core of teacher education reformation in China.While the Standard of Professional Teacher has great affect to Professional Teacher Development.But most people recognize the teacher qualification regulations as the Standard of Professional Teacher.And it evluates all teachers with the same standard.This paper analyses the necessary to make will make the Standard of Professional Teacher and points out the problems.Then basing the advanced methods,it makes some views for building the Standard of Professional Teacher.
