With the development of cattle movement, Mycoplasma bovis has been became an important patho-gen to damage to the breeding. Associated with a number of bovine diseases, Mycoplasma boris is the most common-ly implicated in pneumonia and mastitis, form which arthritis may result, so that it bright a huge economic loss. This paptes summaried the experiment methods of detecting Mycoplasma boris included isolation, biochemical character- istic, immunology and nucleic acid analysis.
