研究了不同剂量(10,15,25 mL)的丛枝菌根菌剂(AM菌剂)对葡萄根围土壤微生物(细菌、真菌和放线菌)数量和酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶)的影响.结果表明,三种剂量的AM菌剂均使葡萄根围土壤中微生物数量增加,土壤蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性升高,且剂量越大效应越强;脲酶活性在接种15和25 mL AM菌剂的处理中比对照组的活性高,但在接种10 mL AM菌剂的处理中比对照组的活性低.AM菌剂对三类土壤微生物数量的影响程度不同,影响最大的为细菌,其次是放线菌,对真菌的影响最小;AM菌剂对三种土壤酶活性的升高程度也不同,以蔗糖酶的最大,其次是磷酸酶,对脲酶的影响最小.

The effect of AM agent with different dose(10,15 and 25mL) on the amount of microorganisms(fungi,bacteria and actinomycete) and enzymatic activities(sucrase,urease and phosphatase) in soil around grape were studied.The results showed that the amount of fungi,bacteria and actinomycete and the enzymatic activities of sucrase and phosphatase in soil around grape were all increased with dose effecting.The enzymatic activities of urease were increased by inoculating with 15mL and 25mL AM agent,and were decreased by inoculating with 10mL AM agent.AM agent played different effect on different microorganisms.The effects on bacteria was biggest,that on fungi was bigger and that on actinomycetes was relatively small.Its effect on different enzyme was that the effects on sucrase was biggest,that on phosphatase was bigger and that on urease was relatively small.
