By the research on the mercury consumption of CFL, the improvement measures for existing light source process and the embodiment of new workmanship are put forward, and a claim to the control of amalgam raw materials and production environment is made. It is advocated that staff who manufacture electric light sources must practice the refined management of production process to reduce the mercury dosage of CFLs at source, consequently to minimize the damage to the environment.
