三网融合使高校图书馆服务平台增多、服务用户增加、服务内容复杂化。高校图书馆应充分利用三网融合带来的广阔平台，提供个性化服务、设立博客或微博、优化图书馆论坛和为农村提供服务等措施来拓展图书馆信息服务。

Japanese educator Ikeda established value-creating education. Since it was founded in 1968, the school has achieved value-creating educational system through its own efforts, creating a complete system from the kindergarten, primary, secondary education to the university education.
