为研究3种不同藻类对池蝶蚌幼蚌的摄食率和生长的影响,进行了普通小球藻、斜生栅藻、舟形藻为影响因素,以养殖产量和相对(体重)生长率为评价指标的正交试验。结果表明:池蝶蚌幼蚌的摄食量在5 h内随着藻类浓度的增加而增加,实验组3、7、9的摄食量明显高于其他实验组;相对生长率(壳长、壳高、壳宽和蚌重)、绝对生长率和养殖产量在9组实验中均变化明显;在试验所设定的水平范围内,舟形藻对养殖产量和相对(体重)生长率影响最大,3种藻类的最佳水平组合是:普通小球藻为250个/mL,斜生栅藻为2.5×104个/mL,舟形藻2.5×104个/mL。
為研究3種不同藻類對池蝶蚌幼蚌的攝食率和生長的影響,進行瞭普通小毬藻、斜生柵藻、舟形藻為影響因素,以養殖產量和相對(體重)生長率為評價指標的正交試驗。結果錶明:池蝶蚌幼蚌的攝食量在5 h內隨著藻類濃度的增加而增加,實驗組3、7、9的攝食量明顯高于其他實驗組;相對生長率(殼長、殼高、殼寬和蚌重)、絕對生長率和養殖產量在9組實驗中均變化明顯;在試驗所設定的水平範圍內,舟形藻對養殖產量和相對(體重)生長率影響最大,3種藻類的最佳水平組閤是:普通小毬藻為250箇/mL,斜生柵藻為2.5×104箇/mL,舟形藻2.5×104箇/mL。
위연구3충불동조류대지접방유방적섭식솔화생장적영향,진행료보통소구조、사생책조、주형조위영향인소,이양식산량화상대(체중)생장솔위평개지표적정교시험。결과표명:지접방유방적섭식량재5 h내수착조류농도적증가이증가,실험조3、7、9적섭식량명현고우기타실험조;상대생장솔(각장、각고、각관화방중)、절대생장솔화양식산량재9조실험중균변화명현;재시험소설정적수평범위내,주형조대양식산량화상대(체중)생장솔영향최대,3충조류적최가수평조합시:보통소구조위250개/mL,사생책조위2.5×104개/mL,주형조2.5×104개/mL。
A L9 (34) orthogonal design method was conducted to study effects of three species of microalgae on ingestion rate and growth of juveniles of Hyriopsis schlegerli. The results showed that the ingestion rate of juveniles H. schlegerli increased with increasing of the quantity of microalgae within five hours. The ingestion rate of experimental group Ⅲ, Ⅶ and Ⅸ were significant higher than that of other groups. The relative growth rate, absolute growth rate and farming yield changed obviously in all groups. Navicala incerta was found to have the biggest influence on farming yield and the relative weight growth rate, and the optimal combination was 250 ind/mL for Chlorella vulgaris, 2.5×10^4 ind/mL for Scnedesmus obliquus, 2.5×10^4 ind/mL for N. incerta.
