设计了一种具有零电压零电流开通的Buck型逆变器,该逆变器拓扑能很好地实现软开关,不会给开关器件带来过大的电压和电流应力;对该逆变器采用比例微分控制策略进行了试验验证,结果表明,该逆变器输出波形好,瞬态响应快,并且鲁棒性强.
設計瞭一種具有零電壓零電流開通的Buck型逆變器,該逆變器拓撲能很好地實現軟開關,不會給開關器件帶來過大的電壓和電流應力;對該逆變器採用比例微分控製策略進行瞭試驗驗證,結果錶明,該逆變器輸齣波形好,瞬態響應快,併且魯棒性彊.

A novel zero voltage and current transition -Buck inverter was presented. The inverter topology was easy to realize soft switching with improved efficiency of inverters that no too more vohage and current stressed to the switches. The discrete sliding control mode had been employed to modulate and control the proposed converter. The results showed that the proposed inverter had fine output waveforms, good transi- tion state response and robustness.
