对瓜类人工嫁接及机械自动嫁接方法进行了比较分析，提出断根顶芽斜插式自动嫁接方法并研制出斜插法嫁接试验台．结果表踞，斜插机械自动嫁接法可以避免直插法存在的作业不稳定、接穗易脱落等问题，插穗成功率92％，接苗成活率90％．该方法工序简单、稳定性高、易于推广，嫁接苗适合工厂化集约生产，具有很重要的实用价值．

The manual grafting and automatic grafting techniques of cucurbitaceous vegetables in the world was compared. The apical bud oblique and root pruning hole insertion automatic grafting was pro-posed and the test machine was developed. The grafting test results showed that the hole-oblique insertion hypocotyls automatic grafting could avoid the shortcoming of unstable operation and scion easy to fall off in the vertical insertion grafting with the success rate of grafting up to 92% and the survival rate of seed- ling up to 90%. The method was easy-to-handle, high stability and easy to be promoted, and the seed- ling was fit for industrial intensive producing. It had important practical value.
