学生党建工作是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分。以漳州职业技术学院旅游系四个单招班为研究个案，通过问卷调查分析单招生的思想政治状况以及党建工作存在的问题，指出单招生学生党建工作以务实为基础，及早培养锻炼、探索入党教育，拓展平台、延伸党建工作阵地，拓宽领域、丰富党组织生活和党建形式，健全机制、加强党员再教育与监督，促进学生党建工作更上台阶。

This article analyzes the ideological and political status of autonomous proposition enrollment students and the problems in party-building work through a questionnaire survey, with four classes in tourism ＆ hotel management department of Zhangzhou institute of technology as study case. It points out that party-building work should base on pragmatic approach for autonomous proposition enrollment student. We can strengthen the organizational innovation to explore elementary education of joining the communist party, expand the platform and extend the party-building fields, innovative carrier and make the party activity form richer, improve the mechanism to reinforce the re-education and supervision of student communists, and promote the party-building work of students on a higher level.
