目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在葡萄胎恶变的作用机理。方法对32例良性转归葡萄胎及14例恶性转变葡萄胎采用免疫组化法检测MMP-2、HIF-1α的表达水平,并对两者的相关性进行研究。结果MMP-2及HIF-1α在葡萄胎组织均有表达,但在恶性转归组的表达强于良性转归组(χ2值分别为4.563、5.139,均P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,MMP-2的表达与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(rs =0.627,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和HIF-1α在葡萄胎恶性转变中起一定作用,用来预测葡萄胎的恶变可能有重要意义。

목적탐토기질금속단백매-2(MMP-2)、저양유도인자-1α(HIF-1α)재포도태악변적작용궤리。방법대32례량성전귀포도태급14례악성전변포도태채용면역조화법검측MMP-2、HIF-1α적표체수평,병대량자적상관성진행연구。결과MMP-2급HIF-1α재포도태조직균유표체,단재악성전귀조적표체강우량성전귀조(χ2치분별위4.563、5.139,균P<0.05);상관성분석결과현시,MMP-2적표체여HIF-1α적표체정정상관(rs =0.627,P<0.05)。결론 MMP-2화HIF-1α재포도태악성전변중기일정작용,용래예측포도태적악변가능유중요의의。
Objective To study the development mechanism of matrix metalloproteinase-2 ( MMP-2 ) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) in malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole . Methods The expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1αwas detected by immunohistochemistry in 32 cases of remising-transformed hydatidiform mole and 14 cases of malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole .And the relationship between HIF-1αand MMP-2 was studied.Results Both MMP-2 and HIF-1αwere expressed, but the expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1αwas significantly higher in malignant-transformed hydatidiform mole than that in remising-transformed hydatidiform mole (χ2 value was 4.563 and 5.139, respectively, both P<0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that there was positive correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1α(rs=0.627, P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1αcould be an useful index for prediction of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole .
