为提高显齿蛇葡萄的扦插生根率，确定最优的扦插基质，研究了5种不同配比基质对显齿蛇葡萄扦插的影响，以生根率和生根质量等影响因子评价其扦插效果。结果表明：不同基质中，显齿蛇葡萄扦插苗的叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根千重、生根数、根长和叶绿素含量等指标均有差异，扦插效果最好的基质配方是菜土：稻壳灰=1．0：1．0（体积比），效果最差的基质配方为菜土：珍珠岩：食用茵渣=1．0：0．5：1．0。
