河道“裁弯取直”可提高裁弯段上游保护对象的防洪能力,也可能加重裁弯段下游的防洪风险,结合成都市府河某段河道的裁弯取直工程。利用平面二维数学模型计算分析工程前后水位、流速的变化,通过实际的工程得出了较好的结果。

Abstract: Curving cut-off is a project measure of channel management in fiver. Not only flood control capabil- ity of the upper beach can be improved with curving cut-off project,but flood risk of the downst ream beach can be aggravated.combining the project of the fiver by curving cut-off in Chengdu,analyse the difference of velocity and depth between the project by using A two-dimensional mathematical model, results show that the main influenced factors are the storage of retarding flood and flood flow velocity.
