介绍了PVC聚合用阴离子配位锌的合成工艺,研究了阴离子配位锌PVC热稳定剂最佳合成工艺条件:反应温度84℃,阴离子配位体为C7-9脂肪酸,辅助稳定剂为环氧棉籽油,添加配比为m(G7-9脂肪酸):m(环氧棉籽油)=95:5,相转移催化剂确定为甲醇+去离子水+醋酸组合,pH值控制在6.3~6.5。

The synthetic process of anion-coordinated zinc for PVC polymerization xs introduced. The best synthetic conditions of heat stabilizer anion-coordinated zinc for PVC were deter- mined by study: reaction temperature 84 ℃, C7-9 fatty acid as anion ligand, epoxy cottonseed oil as auxiliary stabilizer, addition mass ratio of C7-9 fatty acid to epoxy cottonseed oil 95 : 5, combined phase transfer catalyst composed of methanol, deionized water and acetic acid, pH value 6.3-6.5.
