叙述了TiO2表面发生光催化反应的反应过程,对PVC—U管材进行了紫外灯照射试验。结果表明:①TiO2在表面发生光催化反应过程中与样品含有的铅化合物发生氧化还原反应生成了黑色的单质铅,从而产生灰黑色斑;②金红石型钛白粉只能减缓变色速度,不能完全避免问题的发生;③采用PVC收缩膜包装PVC—U管材时会促进灰黑色斑的产生。
敘述瞭TiO2錶麵髮生光催化反應的反應過程,對PVC—U管材進行瞭紫外燈照射試驗。結果錶明:①TiO2在錶麵髮生光催化反應過程中與樣品含有的鉛化閤物髮生氧化還原反應生成瞭黑色的單質鉛,從而產生灰黑色斑;②金紅石型鈦白粉隻能減緩變色速度,不能完全避免問題的髮生;③採用PVC收縮膜包裝PVC—U管材時會促進灰黑色斑的產生。

The photocatalyfic reaction process on surface of TiCh is described. PVC,-U tubes were experimented on exposure to a UV lamp. The results showed that (1) black elemental lead is generated from the rcdoxreaction between TiO2 and lead compounds contained in samples during the photoeatalytic reaction of TiO2 on surface, and thus forming gray-black spots; (2) rutile type of titanium white powder can only slow the rate of discoloration and can not completely prevent discoloration; (3) wrapping PVC-U tubes with shrinkable PVC films will prompt the formation of gray-black spots.
