网络技术日新月异,传统的电路交换网无论从业务量设计、容量、组网方式还是从交换方式来讲,都已无法适应可以同时提供语音、数据、视频于一体的全开放的网络发展趋势的要求,传统的交换网向基于软交换的下一代网络的演进已势不可挡。采用基于软交换的技术体制,构建基于NGN的舰内一体化网络,实现业务和承载网络分离是通信系统发展的必然趋势。

With the rapid development of network technology,the traditional circuit-switched network,in terms of traffic design,capacity,networking and switching form,has been unable to adapt to the requirement of the development trend of open network which can provide voice,data and video in the same time.The evolution from traditional switching network to NGN based on soft-switch has would not be halted.Adapting the system based on soft-switch technology,building the warship integrated network based on NGN,realizing the separation of business and bearing network is an inevitable trend of the development of communication system.
