从我国高校体育文化的现状出发，探讨如何把人文精神融入高校体育教育体系中，研究人文精神融入高校体育的重要意义，为人文精神融入高校体育提供有利依据。结果表明，高校体育教育中融入人文精神可以更好地提高学生的人文修养和课堂教学效果，“人文精神”有机融入体育教学必将是未来我国高校体育的发展方向。

This paper aims to infuse the humane spirit based on ＂people - oriented＂ into college physical education by a scientific and objective way, and reconstruct college physical education system. This paper discussed how to infuse the humane spirit into the physical education system and put forward some suggestions for the integration between humane spirit and college physical education.. The integration between humane spirit and college physical education can improve students＇ humane quality and promote future development of college physical education.
