双主体教学质量监控是指在办学过程中，西安职业技术学院和校企合作企业“两个监控主体”共同参与，全面全程监控教学质量，加大反馈和调控力度，不断改进软件技术专业教学工作，促进教育教学质量的提高，确保人才培养质量的教学质量监控体系。学校主体在质量监控过程中构建以建立健全规章制度为先导，以日常教学检查与专项评估为契机，以教学督导、学生教学信息员的“15679”教学质量监控体系；企业主体发挥行业企业一线优势，根据职业岗位能力需求，每学期末独立对学生进行岗位能力达标测试，以评估学生是否达到企业用人要求。

쌍주체교학질량감공시지재판학과정중，서안직업기술학원화교기합작기업“량개감공주체”공동삼여，전면전정감공교학질량，가대반궤화조공력도，불단개진연건기술전업교학공작，촉진교육교학질량적제고，학보인재배양질량적교학질량감공체계。학교주체재질량감공과정중구건이건립건전규장제도위선도，이일상교학검사여전항평고위계궤，이교학독도、학생교학신식원적“15679”교학질량감공체계；기업주체발휘행업기업일선우세，근거직업강위능력수구，매학기말독립대학생진행강위능력체표측시，이평고학생시부체도기업용인요구。
