    During recent years, climatic anomaly, the strong snow is frequent. Through investigating the characteristics of snow disaster）combining with actual situation of high speed railway in our country, and analyzing hazard of high speed rail- way managerial work which was made by snow disaster, it raadc the countermeasures of 1Yain Operation Organization in the condition of snow disaster.
