以国际板材成形数值模拟会议((Numisheet’2011)上提出的第三个标准考题为例,介绍了利用专业钣金仿真分析JSTAMP/NV软件在对汽车前纵梁执行拉仲成形工艺优化及回弹仿真的应用过程,并将回弹仿真的结果与实验测试结果进行了对比,结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果具有良好的匹配性。
以國際闆材成形數值模擬會議((Numisheet’2011)上提齣的第三箇標準攷題為例,介紹瞭利用專業鈑金倣真分析JSTAMP/NV軟件在對汽車前縱樑執行拉仲成形工藝優化及迴彈倣真的應用過程,併將迴彈倣真的結果與實驗測試結果進行瞭對比,結果錶明:倣真結果與實驗結果具有良好的匹配性。

In this paper, the application of drawing forming processes optimization and spring-back simulation for a front side member with the best stamping simulation software JSTAMP/NV was introduced, taking Benchmark 3# (Numisheet' 2011) with an example. In addition, the comparison between spring-back simulation result and experiment result was done, and it shows that they are consistent quite well.
