为满足对种苗的需求,以大连地区绿化观赏栽培的何首乌萌动芽为材料,进行了萌动芽的生长、生根培养,试管苗的生根继代增殖培养,以及试管苗移栽、定植的研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA0.2mg.L-1+GA31.0mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1是萌动芽生长培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+ABT0.8mg.L-1是生长芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代增殖培养的理想培养基;试管苗移栽成活率为90.2%,定植成活率为95.9%;定植的试管苗生长旺盛,保持了何首乌所有的植物学性状。

위만족대충묘적수구,이대련지구녹화관상재배적하수오맹동아위재료,진행료맹동아적생장、생근배양,시관묘적생근계대증식배양,이급시관묘이재、정식적연구。결과표명:MS+6-BA0.2mg.L-1+GA31.0mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1시맹동아생장배양적이상배양기;1/3MS+ABT0.8mg.L-1시생장아생근배양화시관묘생근계대증식배양적이상배양기;시관묘이재성활솔위90.2%,정식성활솔위95.9%;정식적시관묘생장왕성,보지료하수오소유적식물학성상。
In order to meet the demand for seedlings,the sprouting buds of Polygonum multiflorum which are cultivated for green and ornament in Dalian City are used as material to study the growth and rooting of sprouting buds,tube seedlings rooting of the subculture,and plantlet transplanting colonization.The results show that MS+ 6-BA0.2 mg·L-1+GA31.0 mg·L-1+ NAA0.1mg·L-1 is the ideal medium for the growth of sprouting buds;the best medium for tube seedlings rooting and rooting of the subculture is 1/3MS+ ABT0.8 mg·L-1;the transplanting survival rate of tube seedlings is 90.2% and stable planting survival rate is 95.9%.Colonization of plantlets grow vigorously and maintained for all biological traits of Polygonum multiflorum.
