某企业自主研发的某型车用CNG加气机在进行出口认证的电磁兼容性检测时,其电磁辐射发射不合格。针对该问题,通过试验研究,频谱分析,找出了骚扰源,并对其重新进行了电磁兼容性设计改进,经过试验验证,整改后CNG加气机的电磁传导发射和辐射发射均符合标准要求,顺利通过了出口认证测试。

The radiated emission of a type of vehicle CNG inflator was not qualified in the electromagnetic compatibility test in export certification. To solve this problem, the source of disturbance was found and its electromagnetic compatibility design was improved through test and research and spectral analysis. The electromagnetic conducted emission and radiated emission of the improved inflator can meet the standard demands so as to pass the export certification test.
