The calculating method and process of auto electric system are introduced according to different operational characteristics of auto electrical equipment. Also the detailed method of test verification following the design is described. An overall load of vehicle electrical equipment is calculated, and the selection and cheek of generator are made based on the overall load value. An experience formula is applied to calculate and determine the fuse and wiring harness of some simple circuits, thus providing a design basis and proposals for new auto model development.
