以压缩率、炭化温度和炭化时间为考查因子,对压缩炭化杨木板的制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明:压缩率对压缩炭化杨木板的密度和弹性模量影响最明显;炭化温度对回弹率和静曲强度的影响最明显。本试验中杨木压缩炭化的最佳工艺参数为压缩率50%,炭化温度200℃,炭化时间2 h。采用压缩炭化杨木板作为面板制备实木复合地板,其各项性能均符合GB/T 18103—2000《实木复合地板》的要求。

The effects of compression ratio, processing temperature, and processing time on the properties of compressed and carbonated poplar panel were investigated. The results indicated that compression ration significantly impacted the density and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the poplar panel; similarly, processing temperature markedly affected the rebound rate and modulus of rupture (MOR). The optimum set of parameters for the compressed and carbonized poplar panel were 50% compression ratio at 200 ℃ processing temperature treating for 2 h. The major properties of the three-layer parquet produced with the compressed and carbonized poplar panels as the face layer meet the requirements in GB/T 18103—2000.
