采用酸醇提取减压浓缩法提取猪胰脏中的胰岛素。以胰岛素的提取含量为考察指标,以提取所用的溶剂、除杂质时的碱化、酸化pH值为考察因素进行正交实验,得出了最佳提取工艺条件为:以丙酮、水、氯化钙为提取溶剂,酸化pH为3.8,碱化pit为8.0除杂。优选得到的工艺稳定可行且提取率最高而杂质含量少。
採用痠醇提取減壓濃縮法提取豬胰髒中的胰島素。以胰島素的提取含量為攷察指標,以提取所用的溶劑、除雜質時的堿化、痠化pH值為攷察因素進行正交實驗,得齣瞭最佳提取工藝條件為:以丙酮、水、氯化鈣為提取溶劑,痠化pH為3.8,堿化pit為8.0除雜。優選得到的工藝穩定可行且提取率最高而雜質含量少。

Using acid alcohol extraction and reduced pressure concentration method to extract insulin from pig pancreas, and carrying out the orthogonal experiment with insulin extraction content as examination target, extracting solvent and pH value of impurity removal as examination facts. And the optimum extracting conditions are as following: acetone, water and calcium chloride as extracting solvent, acidified pH value is 3.8 and alkalify pH value is 8.0. The optimum extracting process with highest extraction rate and least impurity content is stable and feasible.
