汽车起重机的臂架涂装线按传统的涂装工艺需要占用很长厂房,采用“湿碰湿”余装工艺可以节省厂房面积和能源消耗。通过对涂料的喷涂黏度、漆膜厚度、底材温度等工艺参数的调整,实现了臂架的“湿碰湿”涂装工艺,漆膜质量优于传统涂装工艺,同时提高了涂装效率,减少了能源浪费。
