文章针对轻污油储存现状,在轻污油进储罐前设置闪蒸系统,气相轻组分排入全厂低压瓦斯系统;液相组分经轻污油增压泵送至轻污油储罐。该闪蒸系统可以有效防止气相轻烃进入轻污油储罐,保障设备平稳运行,避免憋罐、拔顶、爆炸等事故的发生。

Based on the situation of the light slop storage, we set flash system before the light slop oil going into a storage tank, the gas phase of the flash system could go into the low pressure fuel gas system, and the liquid phase of the flash system could be sent to the light slop oil tank by the booster pump of the light slop oil. The flash system can prevent the gas phase into the light slop oil tank and ensure the equipment running smoothly, and also avoid suppressing tank, pulling out the top and explosion accidents.
