通过对乌鲁木齐河近十年(2001—2010年)水质监测数据的分析,结果表明,"十一五"期间乌鲁木齐河上游水质较好,为Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类水质,中下游均受到较为严重的有机污染,为劣Ⅴ类水质,主要污染物为粪大肠菌群、化学需氧量、氨氮、石油类;各监测断面水质总体保持稳定,水质污染形势依然严峻。水污染治理措施取得一定成效。与"十五"相比,"十一五"期间乌鲁木齐河水质明显改善,综合污染指数进一步下降,跃进桥断面水质类别由Ⅱ类水质变为Ⅰ类,英雄桥断面水质类别由Ⅲ类水质变为Ⅱ类。根据分析评价结果,提出了改善水环境质量的对策和建议。
通過對烏魯木齊河近十年(2001—2010年)水質鑑測數據的分析,結果錶明,"十一五"期間烏魯木齊河上遊水質較好,為Ⅰ類或Ⅱ類水質,中下遊均受到較為嚴重的有機汙染,為劣Ⅴ類水質,主要汙染物為糞大腸菌群、化學需氧量、氨氮、石油類;各鑑測斷麵水質總體保持穩定,水質汙染形勢依然嚴峻。水汙染治理措施取得一定成效。與"十五"相比,"十一五"期間烏魯木齊河水質明顯改善,綜閤汙染指數進一步下降,躍進橋斷麵水質類彆由Ⅱ類水質變為Ⅰ類,英雄橋斷麵水質類彆由Ⅲ類水質變為Ⅱ類。根據分析評價結果,提齣瞭改善水環境質量的對策和建議。

Urunaqi river nearly a decade (2001--2010) water quality monitoring data showed that the "Eleventh FiveYear" period, the Urumqi river upstream water quality is better, are subject to Class ] or I , the middle and lower reaches are organic pollution worse than Grade V, main pollutant is fecal coliform, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia, petroleum; monitoring sections overall water quality remained stable, water pollution situation is still grim. Water pollution control measures have achieved some success, with "tenth five- year" compared "Eleventh Five- Year" period, Ururnqi river water quality was significandy improved, comprehensive pollution index is decline further, Yuejin Bridge section of water Ⅱ class becomes class Ⅰ ,hero bridge section water quality class Ⅲ becomes class Ⅱ . According to the analysis and evaluation results, the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the water environmental quality.
