建立了致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱。采用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术分离细菌DNA，EB染色，InfoQuestFP聚类分析软件分析，结果获得了《中国兽医菌种目录》中收录的127株致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱，其中CVCC212与CVCC213等12对大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱相似率在85％以上。实验通过建立127株致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱，丰富了致病性大肠埃希氏菌背景资料，为进一步分析基因分型与致病性之间的关系提供了实验数据。

To construct pulsed - field gel electrophoresis maps of malgenic Escherichia coli, pulsed - field gel electrophoresis technology was used to segregate bacterial DNA marked with EB and analyzing maps with Info Quest FP cluster analysis software in the end. Pulsed -field gel electrophoresis maps of 127 malgenic Escherichia coli strains included in CVCC Catalogue of Cultures were obtained, in which 12 strains including CVCC212 and CVCC213 were correlated with epidemiology of Escherichia coli. The results of pulsed -field gel electrophoresis maps of 127 malgenic Escherichia coli strains constructed in the experiment consummated background information of malgenic Escherichia coli and provided valuable data for analyzing further relationship between genotyping and pathogenicity.
