针对冶金企业在生产过程中发生的含铁尘泥,提出了与之相适应的处理新工艺。利用部分种类的尘泥成功制取了符合磁性材料行业要求的氧化铁红,并广泛应用于磁材预烧料企业,从而为含铁尘泥的综合利用提供了新的思路和有效途径。
針對冶金企業在生產過程中髮生的含鐵塵泥,提齣瞭與之相適應的處理新工藝。利用部分種類的塵泥成功製取瞭符閤磁性材料行業要求的氧化鐵紅,併廣汎應用于磁材預燒料企業,從而為含鐵塵泥的綜閤利用提供瞭新的思路和有效途徑。

Aiming at the iron-containing dust and clay produced in metallurgical enterprise, this paper introduced a new corresponding process. The iron oxide red was produced with some kinds of the dust and slurry, which conformed to the requirements of the magnetic materials industry and could be widely used in the pre-sintered powders enterprise. It provided a new clue and an effective way for the comprehensive utilization of iron-containing dust and clay.
