建立测定麦冬中甲基沿阶草酮甲的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Hypersil C18柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(76∶24);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:296 nm。实验结果:甲基沿阶草酮甲在0.445~2.67μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=3 252 213X-40 271(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.54%,RSD=1.44%(n=6)。结果表明,所建立的高效液相色谱法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于麦冬的质量控制。

건립측정맥동중갑기연계초동갑적고효액상색보법。색보주:Hypersil C18주(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm);류동상:갑순-수(76∶24);류속:1.0 mL.min-1;검측파장:296 nm。실험결과:갑기연계초동갑재0.445~2.67μg범위내선성관계량호,회귀방정Y=3 252 213X-40 271(r=0.999 9),평균회수솔위99.54%,RSD=1.44%(n=6)。결과표명,소건립적고효액상색보법간편、쾌속、중복성호,가용우맥동적질량공제。
A HPLC method was used to determine the content of Methyl ophiopogonanone A in Radix Ophiopogonis. The analysis was carried out on Hypersil C18 column (150mm×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was MeOH-water (76: 24) with flow-rate of 1.0 mL · min -1. The eluate was detected at 296 nm in room temperature. The method was simple and had a good linear relationship. The linear range of Methyl ophiopogonanone A was 0.445 ~ 2.67 μg ( r = 0.999 9 ). The recovery was 99.54% ( RSD = 1.44% ). Therefore, this method was simple, fast and could be controlled effectively in Radix Ophiopogonis.
