采用酸浸和焙烧法对硅藻土进行提纯处理,并用SEM和EDS等测试手段对其进行了表征;通过电势滴定(potentiometric titration)、质量滴定(mass titration)和惰性电解质滴定(in-ert electrolyte titration)3种方法测定了精硅藻土的零电荷点(PZC)。探讨了负载硝酸银溶液的精硅藻土对乙烯气体吸附性能的影响。结果表明:提纯后的硅藻土比表面积显著增大;存在与支持电解质浓度无关的零电荷点;对乙烯气体的吸收明显提高,持液量为0.4时达到最大。

Diatomite was calcined after pickling with sulfuric acid for purification, and the crude diat- omite and purified diatomite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X--ray analysis. The point of zero charge (PZC) for the diatomite was measured by three methods: potentiometric titration, mass titration and inert electrolyte titration. The results showed that the specif- ic surface area of diatomite increases remarkably, the PZC independent of electrolyte concentration ex- ists and the adsorption capacity of the diatomite on ethylene improved effectively.
