现阶段,拓宽高校毕业生就业路径所面临的基本矛盾是：广大高校毕业生日益增长的职业指导需要与力量分散、功效有限的职业指导供给之间的矛盾。解决矛盾的路径是：加大职业指导力度,整合力量,进一步拓宽高校毕业生就业路径;针对高校毕业生新成长劳动力,要做好创新人才培养、人职匹配、预防性职业指导、职业咨询和精细化职业指导。
현계단,탁관고교필업생취업로경소면림적기본모순시：엄대고교필업생일익증장적직업지도수요여역량분산、공효유한적직업지도공급지간적모순。해결모순적로경시：가대직업지도력도,정합역량,진일보탁관고교필업생취업로경;침대고교필업생신성장노동력,요주호창신인재배양、인직필배、예방성직업지도、직업자순화정세화직업지도。
At the present stage,to broaden the employment path of university graduates we are faced with a basic conflict：the increasing need of vocational guidance from university graduates and the lack of vocational guidance supply.The solution is to intensify the efforts to provide vocational guidance,consolidate power and broaden the employment path of university graduates.In regard to new growth labor such as university graduates,we should innovate talents′ training mode,promote talent-job match,carry out preventive vocational guidance、vocational consulting and differentiated vocational guidance.
