将材料腐蚀与环境因子进行灰色关联分析,进行灰色相关度计算模型处理。以涂层材料裂纹腐蚀特征信息为对照序列,在计算机应用环境下,对材料腐蚀程度与环境因素的联系作灰色关联度计算分析,实现环境因子参数与涂层材料腐蚀程度相关度处理,确定影响涂层材料裂纹腐蚀主要环境因子的大小及紧密程度。

The corrosion of materials has a close relationship with the factors of environment, and there is an important relevance between the environmental factors and the outward of the corrosion. In computer applications environment, grey relational analysis and gray correlation calculation model were used between material corrosion and factors of environment, so as to achieve the relevant degree of processing between the environmental factors and the corrosion level of the material, and to deter- mine the extent and tightness of the impact of main environmental factors on corrosion of the coating material cracks.
