课堂隐性文化是课堂文化结构研究的出发点,它不同于课堂显性文化、课程隐性文化和课堂亚文化。根据表现形式可分为课堂无意识文化与课堂潜规则文化,根据作用形式可分为课堂隐性积极文化与课堂隐性消极文化。它具有存在方式潜在性、形成方式内在性、发展方向不可控性和研究方式主观性等特点。

The implicit culture in classroom is the start point for the study of the cultural structure of classroom,it differs from the explicit culture and the subculture in classroom.Based on its forms of representation it can be classified into the culture of subconsciousness and the culture of classroom invisible rules.Based on its ways of function it can be classified into the positive culture of the implicit culture in classroom and the negative culture of the implicit culture in classroom.It bears such characteristics as being implicit in its way of existence,being innate in its way of formation,being uncontrollable its way of development,being subjective in its way of research.
